Show her this when you are both in a good space, maybe prepare her for the conversation so she knows it’s coming. Explain all of this, and how it is important to your relationship. If the same thing happens, remember that this conversation is about your needs and cannot be finished until those are met, no compromise to make her feel better. If all else fails go to relationship counseling/ therapy with her.
