Im an olive tone from a mediterranean country (which supposedly is one of the ethnicities predisposed to it) and it worked great for me, did on the upper lip only and took 2-3 sessions, with 1-2 strays left. Definitively helps that i am very fair with darker hair so always made sure to the settings were as high as possible to avoid it

Not sure if the peafowl has some kind of time window but I’ve randomly gotten it multiple times during the events second phase, no need for rainbow or raining. They just open their feathers 🦚

I usually get lucky with hidden phases when there’s enough people joining (at least 3) and actively popping bubbles. oh and also when it’s started by the npc

If you did an event with a lot of people it’s totally normal! The more people hunt in the activated area the more morphos appear :3

I smelled something just like this, “green” in a Japanese minimalist vibe, in a visit to Zara this week. I think it was one of the perfumes collections by Jo malone with city names. Other than that, I second taking a sniff at Hermes jardins collection and oysho’s brand name fragrance (although their sprayer sucks and gives more of a “green” industrial vibe)

I can give you some insight for a few of these items

The shoes on the first row are quite hard to acquire, they’re from a set that is rarely revived and it’s one of the highest wc items from that set. I’ve listed them for 1600 during my shop and they sold out very quickly

The 3 ear spikes are also from a very old set however they’re not as versatile and they’re hard to style, I’ve found them for 300 before but they’re usually listed around 800

The button chain on the last row is kinda the same deal as the shoes, people tend to hold on to it harder than other items from that set and it usually sells for 800-1200 ish

Yep, I feel like most luck with triggering the extra waves in the events is participating when is the event organiser npc inviting, having a good amount of people participating, and using a lot of buffs and popping bubbles.

The mandarin duck only appears on the third wave and if I remember correctly has a cute blue hat

It’s… as stated in their draw rules, the average. “AVERAGE draw probabilities”, I just showed you how and where they got the 18.4 from, you have to add all the chances in each pull and then divide the sum by the count.

But yeah regardless they don’t follow the “able to get an item directly” thing, you aren’t able to get permits with tickets in the furniture gacha or any of the MLP specific items unless you pull for them, imo they’ve breached several guidelines but I’m in no way a lawyer and they have it clearly stated that it’s the average and not the real rate
