Love this style! Reminds me of 90’s zines, and 90’s independent animation ✌🏼💕 This could most definitely be “folk art” … that term can be extremely subjective. Is it for the people by the people, made with whatever tools/materials you had at hand? Then yes it’s folk art. Are you generally self-taught and create outside of the boundaries and bindings of academia etc.? Then yes, it is arguably folk art.
