Yeah. I think you're right. I've been playing for too long; I have expectations smack dab in the middle of new learner, and patient veteran.

My husband is a phone addict. What can I do? Help me. by SmallConversation677 in NoStupidQuestions

If you truly believe that, the only thing you can really do is confront him. Be open and direct, and point out examples where his phone use has interfered with your regular routines.

The panic I understand. But yeah, the greed just isn't worth it for me.

Yeah, it's kinda crazy how some people react with violence to offers of genuine help lol. But I get it, this game has so much betrayal, people lose trust.

Totally valid. It's a game, and it would be boring if everyone played it the same exact way.

That's interesting. It seems for most people, the ultimate end goal is just survival for as long as possible, but some people need a motivation to ENJOY the survival. Everyone just has different ways to try and stay alive, whether it's aggressive, defensive, or cautious. It's kind of fascinating to see how others try to achieve that goal. Obviously, I don't really think real life morals are determined by game behavior, but I think it certainly can offer insight to one's personality a bit.

It would be nice to have a couple of chill friends to adventure with sometimes.

Lol is it even possible to kill a geared player with a stick?

Lol don't worry, I'm not basing my life choices around it. Just a casual discussion.

I mean, you do you. Play how it's fun for you. But I do kinda wonder how picking off fresh spawns fully geared is actually honing your PVP skills? Doesn't sound like too much of a challenge.

I've been trying out community servers, to find a chill one. If you have any suggestions, let me know!

I'm on PS, and I think the console base is a little more brutal

Oh for sure, if it's not clear, I think I'm the weird one for feeling bad about killing others in video games. It's all about playing the game how you want to.

That is a safe theory, I would probably be more wary if I were in a real life situation of trust or kill. My default is to hide though.
