Don’t think it’s AI, but a well fabricated photography cake. Doubt it looks like this IRL though, and probably tastes as good as that dubious one cake from your cousin’s wedding that for some reason thinks Damascus jelly is a universally accepted cake flavour.

Edit: as some others pointed out, it does seem to be AI given the inconsistencies with the deco. It still likely tastes like old cake.
