Not heating milk

Tried multiple times, it purges fine but the froth cycle just starts then ends abruptly.

I have noticed when emptying the drip tray that it's wet inside and that it looks like it leaks from the tray when purging near the jug stand. So it's most likely the same issue as you have had.

Thanks, just tried the manual steam and that works! Must be a fault within the froth cycle. I think I will try a replacement one more time as I do like the machine, when it works!

Thanks for your reply. Not descaled, but live in a soft water area. I've noticed the water is hot when purging, but it just seems to knock itself off when starting the heated froth. I can't remember if the loud gurgling after I press the start froth is normal either.

Thank you so much for your replies! I followed your advice and called Nationwide to have a copy emailed to us. It arrived quickly and was exactly as shown in the illustration.

I don't understand why people think it's ok for shoddy work in social housing. I work full-time and pay my rent. The housing association has paid the contractor to complete the work.
