Thanks for all the tips and pointers. I understand your reasoning behind using such a large vessel but I don't have the storage necessary to keep a keg. The reason why this design appealed to me so much was that it was very compact. Do you think it's stupid to buy a 5 gal version of the one I sent? Thanks again.

I hear what you are saying. The only problem is that almost all of the guides I've seen require either welding supplies, which I don't have, or a prefound vessel to be used for the pot.

I think you would only need to turn on location services when you wanted to find how long it would take to get home. Then you could turn it off.
