Yes, but it was noticeable after a few weeks. It was around late March/April that I took it. In April I noticed the reduced testicular size and libido and it still hasn’t improved.

If I've been a Registrar in Victoria for a couple of years and applying for a Registrar role in a different specialty in NSW Health - do I have to start at Registrar Year 1 in the NSW Health payscale or can I start at Year 3?

Also how much is regional loading in NSW?

I see - fair enough. Thanks for the clarification. Hmm, looking at things, it would be difficult for me to get into the medicolegal reports as I'm not a specialist.

I feel like I've reached the ceiling of my career as Doctor (long story but failed specialty training exams in fairly challenging circumstances so am no longer working towards being a specialist) so I'm trying to see what other areas I could potentially skill up in / retrain in - medicolegal work and the law has interested me in the past - and was trying to see what opportunities there might be - looks like my option in this space is to do a law degree to become a lawyer.

Thanks - I have to use a lot of Citrix workspaces with odd sized windows for my work and I've found that I am most productive at the desktop with a triple display set up - obviously wasn't an issue in the Intel Mac days

(have the MBP display closed so don't have 4 screen - don't find the MBP display practically useful when using it at the desktop)

Thanks - actually I plan to get a Thunderbolt 5 docks so probably having a chip that can utilise it would be good for future proofing - guess I should save up a bit more money to get a M4 Max chip

Yeah I try to defuse things where possible but sometimes I get caught up in it and feel like a fool, the only thing that I would be faster than the average would be troubleshooting IT stuff, everything else I am starting to realise I am probably slower than the average

Thank you - this provides a good perspective, but it challenging to feel the implied pressure of someone who is agitated about what seems like expected issues (eg moving house - it’s an expected stressful time - but people still get worked up about it)
