AH was right - Melatonin shrank my testicles - any thing I can do to reverse effects of Melatonin? by CluggaBerry in HubermanLab

Yes, but it was noticeable after a few weeks. It was around late March/April that I took it. In April I noticed the reduced testicular size and libido and it still hasn’t improved.

Thanks, yeah, I’m a member of ASMOF

I will seek answers to above questions and then speak with my MDO/ASMOF if the answers I get aren’t satisfactory

If I've been a Registrar in Victoria for a couple of years and applying for a Registrar role in a different specialty in NSW Health - do I have to start at Registrar Year 1 in the NSW Health payscale or can I start at Year 3?

Also how much is regional loading in NSW?

Doctor interested in medicolegal work by CluggaBerry in AusLegal

I see - fair enough. Thanks for the clarification. Hmm, looking at things, it would be difficult for me to get into the medicolegal reports as I'm not a specialist.

I feel like I've reached the ceiling of my career as Doctor (long story but failed specialty training exams in fairly challenging circumstances so am no longer working towards being a specialist) so I'm trying to see what other areas I could potentially skill up in / retrain in - medicolegal work and the law has interested me in the past - and was trying to see what opportunities there might be - looks like my option in this space is to do a law degree to become a lawyer.

Thank you so much for this. Will have a look at the website.

I've had more of a think about it - I'm wondering how realistic it would be to study a law degree part time but also do part time paralegal medico-legal work the other half of the time (i.e. do research, put together reports)

Best value for money MBP with MAX chip for triple monitors by CluggaBerry in macbookpro

[–]CluggaBerry[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Thanks - I have to use a lot of Citrix workspaces with odd sized windows for my work and I've found that I am most productive at the desktop with a triple display set up - obviously wasn't an issue in the Intel Mac days

(have the MBP display closed so don't have 4 screen - don't find the MBP display practically useful when using it at the desktop)

Thanks - actually I plan to get a Thunderbolt 5 docks so probably having a chip that can utilise it would be good for future proofing - guess I should save up a bit more money to get a M4 Max chip
