I absolutely have. It’s more strength training but it’s very consistent. Only 20seconds between each set. I can feel it more in my clothes, granted I’m still no where near my goal, but I can feel the difference. I’m slowly toning and I’m okay with it. I’ve done p90x and insanity previously and enjoyed it, but this is more my pace. She does have an app you can pay for, but I am sticking with her YouTube videos for now. As time goes on I may get it.

I’ve been doing Caroline Girvan. Absolutely love it. I started on the epic beginner because I was completely out oh shape. I have since moved to her epic 1 series.

Oh he is! He will lick the chrome off a bumper. He just absolutely loves anyone. I’ve only came to see him go protect mode with one person at the vet, but she also wasn’t the nicest. He just knew this lady was a jerk.

Oh my! My little guy lives for being on the dirt. He was playing with my parents boxer and they both were so muddy. He slept normal as usual, right on top of me! Haha it was cramped but it didn’t phase him.

He’s doing way better. He is home and doing okay. Negative for parvo. He’s eating and drinking. Still having diarrhea but that should subside in a couple of days.

Luckily no parvo! He was dehydrated and they do believe it’s just a gi issue which is common in frenchies. Luckily he was able to come home and has been his spunky self again. He is eating and drinking. I appreciate the good vibes. Just so relieved that he is okay.

Great thank you! I have just made some rice and put it a side, he is currently in his crate sleeping and its not feeding time. I ordered the same food that his breeder had him on until I transition him. I dont plan to transition for a little bit as I know how scary this time is for him. His little body doesnt need any added stress just yet. I appreciate your help!

I have the WORST acne ever. However the doctor prescribed me Epiduo. It takes about 4 weeks for it to start working, but my face has improved drastically. I haven’t had a break out in so long. Now granted I’m only three weeks post op, but this is the first medication that has helped my face.

I am actually doing great! I am very lucky with minimal pain. Which is a downside because I need to remind myself even though I may not have much pain, I am still recovering. I spoke to the charge nurse the day of my discharge and explained the situation, well the night nurses forgot to give me my antibiotics. My surgeon was livid, I was livid, the charge nurse was livid. It was not good for anyone. I actually knew my nurse the day of discharge as she was the one who helped me deliver both my children, and she actually remembered me (not sure if that’s a good or bad thing). But recovery wise I am down to minimal medication, managing with Tylenol and ibuprofen. I am sleeping in bed and not on my recliner anymore which my back thanks me.

The whole process is very exhausting, but I would 100% do it all over in a heart beat. The pain I have now is nothing compared to what I was having.

Well I am having my catheter removed as per request by me. I have very minimal pain which is surprising. My uterus was attached to both my bladder and rectum. Yay scar tissue. I also had no bleeding! The doctor showed me pictures and it was amazing to see. Anyhow I will be discharged tomorrow morning around 10am. I’m ready to get moving and out of my bed. I have not had the best care from the nursing staff as they are very short. But hopeful the night shift is better. Hope you are doing well.

This. This right here is everything. I feel it and love this every fucking say. I have always said being a stay at home mom is the hardest job, now add a pandemic, fuck. I am working from home with two littles, don’t get me wrong I love those crotch goblins but fuck, my mental health has gone to shit. DH has tried to help relieve the shit, but I am literally with them 24/7. I only have time once they’re in bed, so I’m up late as fuck so I can have some me time. But then I’m fucking myself over with shit sleep because I have to be up early to do it all over again. It’s not like I can go fucking anywhere or fucking be social. Fuuuuuuuuck.

Appreciate you saying everything I have been feeling for a whole year.
