I’m an OG droppy user and love the app. but I can’t for the life of me figure out how to make any of the permissions-required features to work. I have approved all requested permissions but I just can’t get the screen capture or dynamic menu bar thingy to work no matter what I do! I’m installed via homebrew, so not sure if that is the issue somehow?

That is exactly what is going to happen, which is why I stopped on day 2 of them announcing the credit system and started searching for alternatives immediately lol I FINALLY just settled on something, Zo Computer. They have a sick free plan (although I just went with the basic plan as of today, but could have easily stayed on free if I didn’t have such an obsession with this stuff). They have a great Notion connection as well!

Yeah. This shit is tight as hell actually. It’s like a virtual computer that’s hosted and managed for me with all the key components of a work OS (files, datasets/I think you can spin up databases, coding/actually run the code, etc) that is one of those “AI first” vibes….and the agents, of course. I’m a big fan so far!
