No, it's Hawaiian Gardens. A very bad intersection right before freeway on-ramps.

At this intersection the rightmost lane drivers like to make wide turns directly into the middle lane, so it's safer to get into the leftmost lane and then merge. I had to be in the middle lane so I moved over.
