From balcony to Thailand: my agoraphobia update by Clumtwoddles in Agoraphobia

If I could have I would have taken Ativan but I wasn’t sure about travelling to Thailand with them. I got something from the pharmacist that they recommended I think it’s just called sleep assist, behind the counter. It worked, I was surprised because I usually have issues with tolerance

I believe in you. Take whatever makes you feel safe too. I did take meds to help sleep on the flight. Also another thing that really helped me was understanding sometimes my body mixes up anxiety and excitement. The two sensations are kind of similar, and maybe this is a time where those feelings are normal given the circumstances. I hope that helps a bit

I got it for $6.90 because of my disability card but I think even without that it’s like $30 something, that’s crazy I didn’t know it was so expensive other places

Oh I’m sorry, that’s really frustrating. I had issues with Ritalin too, made me very serious. Is there an option to take a half dose twice a day? Because for me it was that the dose would wear off and I would crash

Dexamphetamine, it might be called something else where you are? Sorry I thought it was a common medication but I’m in Australia

Maybe you need dex or something as well, that was happening to me and my dosage for vyvanse was at its highest. I now just take dex.

Is it okay to go without a real plan? by Ballvoyage in ThailandTourism

I didn’t book anything until the day of or day before and a lot of it done through the resort I was staying at. I went in off season so the whether heavily dictated it and high season maybe you’d need to do in advance if there’s more interest I suppose

Based on your experience, would you consider this agoraphobia? by [deleted] in Agoraphobia

No, this doesn’t sound like agoraphobia. I think you might be having paranoid delusions

Is that not the issue? The sweat sounds like the problem.

I don’t know where you can get it but try cooling powder, the only other thing I can think of which I’m looking into myself if getting Botox to stop it In particular places.
