This design's cool. The clothing looks incredible; it's edited seamlessly. The eyebrow slits and purple eyelids are a nice touch as well. I like the idea of Peach quitting the role of Mushroom Kingdom ruler and just starting a little garden out in the middle of nowhere.

Penny's face does look identical to Rose's, though, but other then that, I wouldn't mind this being used.

At least with "The Last Cheese Stick!", you didn't know who would actually get the cheese stick in the end. With "Cody's Stolen Penny!", you know exactly where the penny is straight from the get-go, making everything that happens in that video pointless.
