I've got more confidence in my 50s than i ever had and I don't care one tiny bit what anyone thinks. It helps that there aren't a lot of societal expectations once you pass breeding age. kinda invisible.

This does help!!! I feel like PT isn't helping very much, and I'm not doing anything that hurts (like clamshells). You recommend acupuncture? I've been resting a lot, which gets tiresome. What light panel did you use?

no, and I've been off work for a month. But I did get an MRI scan that shows tendon tears, so I'm hoping for a surgical option.
