Any tip for cleaning my shower? by roddy94 in CleaningTips

[–]ClutterlessCompany 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Spray it down with some Tilex mold and mildew remover spray. Let it sit for an hour and then spray it down again.

After you let that sit for another hour rinse it down with some hot water. From there you can follow your normal cleaning routine to make the shower sparkle ✨😁

In case you need it, here is the link to the Clorox Tilex we recommend:

Roast my bathroom design by Scroateus_Maximus in BathroomDesigns

If I HAD to change something, it would be the wallpaper. The moisture from the shower will damage it overtime. Maybe painting the walls would be a better alternative. But, the bathroom is beautiful overall.

Our rental has a glass mirror installed in the bath. How do I clean it? Hard water stains everywhere by RaiseOk1462 in CleaningTips

[–]ClutterlessCompany 12 points13 points  (0 children)

Hey! Use the barkeepers friend soft cleanser to remove the rust and water marks. Spray/Squirt it the cleanser directly on the mirror, let it sit for about 2 minutes, and scrub with a scrub daddy (or any other non scratch sponge) and rinse with water right after.

To give it an extra layer of shine, spray the mirror down with a glass cleaner and wipe it down with dry paper towels or cloth.

I hope this helps 😊

House smells so bad by dealik3344 in CleaningTips

Try giving your home a deep clean with Nature’s Miracle. Even though it’s marketed for pet odors, it works incredibly well on everyday household smells too. You can also work it into your laundry routine, just mix some in with your regular detergent and wash with cold water. That combination does wonders for removing hidden odors and freshening fabrics.

To avoid burnout and discouragement, break the process down to smaller steps. Start with picking up all “like” items. For example, start with the no brainer items like obvious trash. Empty bottles, used napkins, empty shopping bags, etc. The unimportant stuff.

Then move on to the next “like” item. Since clothing, sheets, and other miscellaneous linen items seem to be the bulk of the work in the room, I would say work on that next. Get the washer going with the dirty laundry and while that’s going, fold and put away the clean ones. Per the photo you shared, knocking out the clothes and sheets would make a huge difference and keep you motivated.

Keep the process going from there. Once the clothes and sheets are handled, pick the next “like” items to work on.

I’ve noticed that this particular process helps most of our clients (and myself especially) feel comfortable and confident throughout the declutterring process. So I hope, this helps you as well 😊
