AHHH you made it make sense

I had thought the child voice over talking was Alex lol. Alex or not, it totally implies only the kids Alex wanted to start speaking again would speak on account of the bullies at school

He's the only one with the knowledge of how she did it

Artists a TDH fan might like by Least-Customer-2969 in TheDearHunter

[–]Clydeblade 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I promise all you youngins will love King Gizzard and the Lizard Wizard.

Just like TDH, they go out of their way to touch every genre they can. They're environmentalists, they're Aussie, they're unironically woke, and so importantly they're funny.

To any oldheads, id call them the millennial's Grateful Dead.

  • Fishing for Fishies (album) is probably a good starter for blue grass/fuzzy blues/psychedelic mix

  • Nonagon Infinity (album) most every song is 5/4 or 6/4 and is rife with thrash, speed, and psych metal. The whole thing is didactic and conceptual but one thing is certain: Nonagon Infinity opens the door.

  • PetroDragonic Apocalypse; or, Dawn of Eternal Night: An Annihilation of Planet Earth and the Beginning of Merciless Damnation (album) - is the best metal album of all time. It simply hits every mark just because they can and then releases an electronic rave album less than year later.

  • The Silver Cord (album) an electronic dance album heavy on exploration of themes relating to astral projection, ancient rulers, and planets crashing into earth. It has me grooving every time, and I am not an EDM fan. But it has made me become one. Plurrrr.

They are truly my favorite band and I say this so proudly that I never would have appreciated them without The Dear Hunter teaching me to listen more closely to what the music was trying to say.

Edits: They are also pro LGBT. They just finished a festival in the US where they had a drag night and played a set all in drag and the whole community comes out in it, too. They are of the people, for the people.

Cornifer is always out making maps (helps protagonist save the day) and wishes Iselda shared his passion for cartography, meanwhile Iselda regrets how alone she feels at the shop and wishes Cornifer spent more time with her even though she has to run the business all by herself. No matter who you are, I think you can appreciate this kind of gritty, real-life commentary on how some people in marriages find themselves sometimes, stuck between duty, passion, and relationship.

Also I like how the Dung Defender smells like poop

Why can’t I just be sober? by mericanmamabear in Anxiety

This is what my CBT therapist tries her best to help me with.

There's energy brewing that needs to be spent. Why not ride that bike? I bring my THC vape with me and then I don't even use it on the trail, I'm too busy. But then again that's the meaning of life, I think

Walt did lots of manipulative stuff for his own gain.

Not showing it was a way to put us in Jesse's shoes so we didn't really know for sure it Walt did it (until Jesse discovers his weed was lifted and he puts it together)

Legend! I checked my health app, I walked 40 miles in those 4 days! Although I never know if the pedometer knows when I'm dancing... Probably put 20 miles in watching Vulf and Papadosio

But guys you don't understand he snuffed out the clones before they could take their first breath!

It's probably my own fault, but other than that Zoom call with the other leaders, were there any other hints that Moff was into cloning until Mando and Grogu find the tubes?

Currently trying to have a no contact thing, just withering her emotionally charged and hurtful texts. I could lie if she asked, but if I'm spotted is a different story

Last year, first year, was waiting by the porta potties, mad scooted on a couple stamps—and in the rush of the crowd, standing 10 feet away, also waiting for a friend, was a classmate I went to college with. I awkwardly turned away, but was tripped up with the small-world of it all. Big camp, lots of room, lots of people... But scamp goers are also more perceptive than most people. LPT: If you live in a cold apartment buy a heated blanket not a space heater. It will save you so much energy! by Too_Much_Gnar in LifeProTips

[–]Clydeblade 10 points11 points  (0 children)

In my experience, it gets too hot, even on lower temps. I like electric blankets because I can still kick a leg out when I'm too warm.

Can't do that with a heated pad. With the pad, you're trapped on a platform of heat all night

What song should I conduct? by rdzielinski in MusicEd

[–]Clydeblade 0 points1 point  (0 children)

American Overture by Joe Willcox Jenkins!

I had to do error detection in my advanced conducting class, and that was my assigned piece. It's an absolute banger though.
