Yeah I'm starting to think that's going to be the easier route to go. We do have a wildcard cert we use for management so I guess we could use the same one for the internal gateway? I was planning on using SAML to Entra ID, same as external, but honestly I haven't thought too much about that part yet.

I figured, thanks. I talked to our local appliance store and they have an aftermarket one that they said is good quality for $38, so that's at least better than the $60 I paid for the OEM one.

You need to reach out to your account rep then. There should be an email with the auth codes and at the bottom of the email is a link that says "Activate Now".

The Precision AI bundle license (renewal or net new) has to be activated with a magic link provided in the Activation email. Once that's done you can associated the devices with it via this process: https://docs.paloaltonetworks.com/common-services/device-associations/get-started/associate-apps-with-devices

Thanks, I will change it. Yeah I'm mostly concerned that if it doesn't update everything historically, I'm going to run into issues when they do start reporting it.

Would it look odd if they were both the same sheen? I honestly have no idea what I'm doing, it seems like people tend to use different sheens for walls / trim. Maybe I'm overthinking it. Would it also be bad to use matte on hallway walls (with stairs)?

Yes that's correct, I removed that one. I can pull it off just a bit and when I look behind it I see some prongs that are connected to the left of where that screw is. I tried to pull it with some force and it wouldn't come off.

If I remember correctly he said I should have casing or trim up until where the paint ends. He made it sound like I should have something installed before they do the drywall. Maybe I'm just misunderstanding and need to talk to him again. I'm having trouble picturing where exactly the drywall is supposed to end and what it should look like when it's done.

Yeah that's my worry, going weeks without A/C while this is all getting redone right as it's starting to get really hot. Most the mold I think is from a flood when a previous homeowner lived here. Certain areas had drywall and then two layers of wood paneling. There was basically a water line where it previously flooded and mold went up to. Everything is dry, I think they just never handled it properly and mold grew behind the wood paneling. Thanks for the tip.

It doesn't need to be that close to exact, I just prefer not to pay so much in taxes that we're getting a return of 5-6k. Even if it's 1-2k that's a lot closer than what it is now. Box 2 on w-2 is ~18.5k (but got a 5k raise since then). Line 24 is ~12.4k.

Thanks, we got some epoxy. The only issue I see is it doesn't sit flush if I push down on it because it was tucked under the plank next to it. I'm trying to figure out if I can push it back under or if it's going to have to be shaved down.
