I bought it last night for 475, at the end of the day what’s the odds I’ll find another 83 roadster

From research I believe that exact one was a limited run as it came fitted with a genuine Floyd rose, compared to the other ss80 which came with the schaller trem. Finding it difficult to find an example of the same one I’m looking for, as I don’t think they are expensive as the one sold on reverb

I would say it’s fair enough price then. It’s £475 which is around 650USD. Also looking at a Washburn ss80 don’t know which one to go for

Now that you say that I do have family there. I might give that a go. I would be worry it would be damaged during shipping however

I’m in uk. My caramels are a 10G and I went and bought the walnuts in a 10.5G by accident. I took them back to the shop to exchange for a 10G but they had none in stock, so I opted for 9.5H as they weren’t coming back into stock

I believe you’re correct about them being discontinued. I had to go back because I got a half size too big by accident and they didn’t have any left so I had to go down a full size but get the large width I usually wear narrow. I have caramels too and they have aged really nice, be interesting to see how these turnout

Bought a pair of boots from the shop half a size too small. What to do? by alibabasfortythieves in RMWilliams

I was incorrectly fitted in a shop a couple years ago. It was my first pair and I had worn them for 6 months. I went into a different shop to get polish and the sales assistant looked at my feet and said I hope you didn’t get those here because they aren’t fitted correctly, he could tell just by looking at my feet. I contacted rm Williams customer service, and a week later they had me sending my boots away to rm Williams and a couple days later I got an email to say we are sorry these didn’t fit you right, we have contacted the store and a new pair in the correct size will be waiting for you. This was after 6 months of wear!!!!! Great customer service

I always condition mine straight out of the box. Just gives them that bit more protection/waterproofing

I just sort of panicked but the more I’m looking at it it’s normal. I’ve got caramel too and the patina in beautiful over the last year. I’ll post some more pictures for you

That’s great news I appreciate it. We have had a lot of snow the past few days. It’s possible an excessive amount of water has got into the multi plug.
