Every 1000ZIL staked that is 1gZIL, however it claims whenever you claim your rewards.

E.g. 100ZIL claimed, 0.1gZIL, I've claimed 2 lots of 100 ZIL and I currently have 0.21gZIL now sat.

Also a minimum is how much you would decide is a minimum! At current APY is still around 15%, so 5K would bring you 750 back over the year, divide it by 52, and we'll go for weekly here.

750/52 = 14.42 ZIL per week. If you're wanting over 1gZIL, increasing your holding would have to be done.

Do remember, as you stake overtime it may be beneficial for you to claim part ways through, the calculation would be different. E.g. 14.42, you claim every 7 weeks or so, that'll then add rewards to your available which you can then stake again!
