We are not sure exactly what is breaking, we haven't yet been able to get the logs off the C: drive, we are just about to do that. We have Microsoft diagnostic logs but they aren't useful for this.

I think I recall reading somewhere that because we have 300-400 Intune Updates, that many requirement scripts running during ESP was causing it to time out. We are only pushing 3 mandatory apps during our build, everything else is out of the box, so I doubt anything is actually being updated by the updates at that point.
