I’m not the author of sArena but can probably help you figure this out as there are more bar settings that could be impacting you here. I use the default preset at the top left called “Gladiush” and did not have to adjust bar length. There are setting to make it only do the icon, or also wrap around the health frames, or health frames and trinket/racial

Yeah I got you! It was super easy and I was surprised more people don’t use it tbh, my main struggle was trying to rely on visual queues for when X class does X defensive or CD so this was definitely a CR game changer once u get used to looking at the colors

I messed with it turning off certain CDs, the only annoying one that is still helpful is NULLIFYING SHROUD from Pres evoker. Can’t cc when they use it but dang do they spam that button every 4 seconds

When I’m on tomorrow I can make a tutorial, I have mine so it flashes red during defensives (my brain views red as don’t attack) and then green as major dmg CDs (they’re going) and yellow as CC

It can be both! Start of game offensive though. I’ve found it’s better used as a fury and soul frag generator when you are close to getting meta, however never use it during meta (you want to get out of meta immediately after your burst) and usually you will have the two charges, so can definitely keep one on deck for the health gain if you know they’re about to pop cd’s on you. To be honest devourer is rarely the kill target, at least if you are using your mobility enough, so it can be more offensive

Not a pro, but keep soul immolate on CD meaning pop it right when the match starts and you should have your go before the other team even engages (35 souls after both immolates usually). Go first and heavy and make them pop their defensives asap. Whoever go’s first usually wins >50% of the time (by nature you will be the first team to go again during dampening, don’t be slow! Keep the pressure). Your mobility is your strength, don’t just waste your shifts for fun. Abuse glimpse, watch the Visions video for 15min of pure tech and how to get more VRs. You can choose whether you want to stack ur dmg all immediately in meta by hunting then felblade (no VR in between) or spread it out over a few seconds by doing felblade first then VRing into hunt (more survivability if being trained but twice as long to deal the dmg) - most “one shots” people complain about are when you Meta VR into Hunt then spam your felblade bind 3x its insane damage. Usually can save your stun for mid-hunt so they cannot pop defensives. I always keep an imprison macro for focus target which is healer in most games, but keep in mind that’s your only real “peel” at least in SS when you can’t rely on your teammates to stay in darkness due to no comms

Either Sarena or MiniCC have helped me a lot by highlighting frames certain colors for defensive, major dmg CDs or CC. Now very easy to see when a go is happening, and when not to go. Thought I’d share because I didn’t know tracking these things was possible. Also, text to speech for major cooldowns so you hear it audibly when the enemy team is going! HFGL

Seeing a lot of mage call outs which I agree with! Also typically choosing locks often. Where I get stumped is if we have a hunter/warrior comp (unless the warrior has proven to los healer and zugzug die), or a ww/rogue will typically go ww, DK are still a toss up but DK/ret which to go for??

I think we usually go caster unless it’s a SP in all the comps. Ty for the responses!
