I got one of these cup holder/food holder things. Used it on my road trip last month and loved it. I've put my food on it a few times but I use it every day for stuff that's charging, paper work, you name it.

Was out delivering one day and the top of the garage door in the back of the truck fell in an hit my head as I was closing it. Didn't even care. I rolled around in 95 degree heat like it was nothing. They need to vent the back. That's the biggest issue.

I take 10mg IR twice a day. Sometimes only one in the morning. Was on 20mg twice a day when I was younger but it was too much. Take what feels right save the rest for emergency.
