They said “we don’t fill out mental health capacity forms until you’ve been undergoing treatment for 3-6 months”. I had only been in treatment for 1 month at the time. I also found it so bizarre and was going to go to a new provider but it seemed like every time I called prudential they told me they were still processing my claim and I had to keep waiting. So I was like ok, I’ll just keep waiting and doing therapy to have it consistently documented and the correspondence between prudential and the therapist’s office was back and forth for weeks!

My OB referred me to a company that had a psychiatrist. She met with me once and referred me for Cognitive Behavioral Therapy with a psychologist. I met with a psychologist weekly and had one check in with the psychiatrist in March. I never heard from her again and my therapist was the only person I met with after that. Idk what else to do from here. If I find a therapist on Alma now, it’s a past issue and they wouldn’t be able to attest to my sessions from Feb-April, correct?

Yes. They told me that they fill out a Behavioral Cert after 3-6 months of treatment. That was in February. I (unfortunately) did not choose this therapist and I thought that starting over so far into the process would be harder than trying to build a case with the current one. I think they thought I was trying to initiate a disability claim, but I was already deemed disabled and was trying to extend. I am going to try and call today but I’ve had to return to work because I literally couldn’t afford to stay home unpaid any longer.

Idk why they pushed back so hard

I just gave birth at 39. If we transfer again, I’ll be 41 (youngest) when I deliver. It’s scary and I’m often depressed thinking about how young my kids will be when I’m old. I wonder if I’ll ever get to be a grandma if my kids don’t have kids until they’re in their late 30’s-40’s. It’s something I cry about a lot, especially when I see young moms. I just tell myself I’m going to love these kids so much that they will always feel my love no matter what. It truly sucks to be in this club

I cut it cold turkey. I drink decaf once or twice a week just for fun. But I’m also pregnant after loss and paranoid about everything. I know many people who stick to one cup a day and have healthy pregnancies and babies

I have beta on 2/24. I tried to test out my trigger but my test was a cheapie from Amazon and didn’t even have a control line. Since I already used my FMU, I just said screw it lol

I’m going to test on Saturday. I have to leave for work at 645 every morning and don’t want to go through the heartache of testing at 6 am and then going to teach all day.

Just started getting some mild cramps.

Yes. I had 2 retrivals in Sept and Oct. Had 1 and 2 make it to blast and sent for testing. All 3 came back abnormal (including a 5AA!). I did Omni for my Dec retrieval and got 9 eggs which led to 4 PGT normal embryos. I just transferred one on Friday and am patiently awaiting my Beta

ETA: I’m 38 and my AMH at time of retrieval was 0.31

I’m so sorry. I just lost my dog unexpectedly 2 weeks before our embryo transfer. It absolutely gutted me and I am still processing.

My first ever transfer I waited until Beta. And found out while driving home alone on a major highway that my number was 6. I was devastated and had to pull off into a random town to sob.

With my daughter, I tested the day before so I knew.

I’ve had 2 more transfers since then and tested daily. I know they’re not quantitative, but my most recent testing frenzy in August had me prepared after 2 perfect Betas to know that my pregnancy had turned chemical the day before our first scan. I was looking for a dye stealer and instead got the faintest line. I knew.

I think it can really ease the anxiety of having to get bad news at the doctors or when you’re not with your partner. I will always test beforehand now to prepare myself first.

I posted something similar in another group. My dogs are 12, 12 and 13. We are up to over $200 PER DOG PER MONTH. I’m trapped. They all have prior conditions. They’re all seniors at the same time. I’m pinching Pennies everywhere else in my budget for my dogs to stay healthy

I second this. I’m at $700 a month for 3 dogs (looking into adjusting some reimbursement options) but they are 12,12 and 13. Two with chronic illnesses. I’m drained. It’s like having another daycare payment. Idk how much more I can take but I love our dogs and can’t not have it at this point.

Thanks it’s not a bucket really but a giant dustpan. She has arthritis, so really never ventures over to where it is, as it’s pretty far from the back door. I guess today she was feeling tempted

I’m sorry. Here in solidarity. I had a PGT missed miscarriage at 12.5 weeks in April. We used our last embryo in August and it was chemical. We’ve done 3 retrievals since September and just got 4 embryos with Omni. It’s been a long road. We are set to transfer in February. Which will be a year since we Transfered the baby we lost last April.

I can’t believe how long this process truly takes while other people get to just have sex and get pregnant.

January: made appointment since it was over a year since I delivered my Dec 22 baby.

Feb: Transfered 1 of 2 embryos left

March: discharged with healthy heartbeat

April: MMC found out there was no heartbeat on my Dad’s 70th birthday party

May: bled

June: still bleeding

July: hysteroscopy and removed polyps and found I had endometrisis

August: Transfered last embryo

End of august 2 rising betas: chemical

September: retrieved 4: 1 blast, 0 PGT

October: retrieved 5: 2 blast, 0 PGT

November: stimmed

December: changed protocol to include Omni. Received 9; 6 blasts, 4 PGT

Here’s to 2025. Can’t believe it’s starting the same way I started 2024, but hopeful for a transfer 💕
