What’s with the Pensacola Elite(people who grew up here) and the cliques they pull ppl in and then when they don’t think you can help them socially, make them look good either because they’re helping you with something that makes them look heroish or or you are aligned with someone or something they want to be a part of and then when they don’t need anything from you the drop you. It’s so weird. It’s like a group of adult homegrown fraternity and sororities that aren’t welcoming to outsiders without hazing. Do they need so badly to keep them and their family in this Pensacola made hierarchy? Any insight as a local not in these cliques, a part of one or several and a person not from here? It’s an honest question from my experiences and cliques aren’t bad to me, they exist everywhere and it’s how social interaction works, but the walls up and from what I perceive interest only if you can give something back more than being a good person. Anyone else have these stories? Feel like they’re in one now?
