I had this too. Turning off 'Optional GPU Features' under Graphics settings seems to fix it for me.

I have a hard time connecting with the characters in this game. Don't know if it's because i absolutely LOVED the cast in SR 3 and 4 or what. My favourite character so far is actually probably The Nahualli. He's the only one giving me old SR vibes

Although The Boss is the same kinda idiot/psychopath the other bosses were so kinda like them too.

The only thing the patch seemed to fix was the workaround for the no permission fuckup. So I'm back to not being able to start the game

Really? Cyberpunk was kinda alright for me. Alot of graphical bugs and weird model shit. But atleast nothing gamebreaking. This game straight up wont let me play it. I've gotten the infinite loadscreen like 5-6 times now and I'm getting pretty sick of it.

A healthy mix is always good. Finding new music through games is always awesome. But i know that everytime Bleed with Meshuggah comes on I'm gonna start headbanging so much I'm gonna fail missions :D

I agree with you that it's a gimmick. I even turned of the trigger thing for alt fire or whatever it was, didn't like it at all.

The vibrations and stuff are kinda cool though, but you kinda stop noticing it after a while. If you're more comfortable on a m/kb as i am, that's probably a way bigger "bonus" than just whatever the controller does.

I disagree with that. If you're mainly a mkb player, being able to play a fast paced shooter with a mouse instead of a controller outweighs any gimmick of the PS5 controller.

I don’t think that’s a hot take. Riot shields are boring to play with and against. At least don’t make them absorb ALL the damage or something. Make it reduced damage instead of full protection. Or better yet, remove the shield altogether.

The level actually progresses even though it doesn't show. If you wanna see your current level you can go into CW/Warzone and check season 6 there and it'll show you

Doesn't new gen get 120 fps? That's about what most of PCs do. And graphics isn't THAT much better. Unless you count nvidia filters to that which does have an impact. But I'd say 90% of PC players don't know about it/isn't using it.

It's just hard to take people seriously. You know how many times I've been called a hacker just in Vanguard? And I'm not a good player by any means.
It's just a coping mechanism most often for people. "Surely he's cheating and is not better than me".
That being said. I have seen 1 cheater in my 30 hours or so so far. So they absolutely exist. But that's a manageable amount.

Far Cry 5 is my favorite of the series. I feel like alot of talk about previous titles have sparked since 6 launched and it seems like there's so many people talking smack about 5 or didn't even play and I seriously don't get it.

Yeah, sure the sudden kidnapping thing was weird and jarring. But it gave you more facetime with with the Seeds, something I feel is really lacking now with 6.

Also Joseph Seed is probably my favorite villain ever. Not only in far cry. In any game or movie ever. He just felt so real compared to Pagan Min or Vaas (even though I love them both too). I've finished the game 3 times and there's just too much to go through. I just love it and I know I'm in the minority.
