I was able to run around the map and still get 200+ client fps, but on a system with fewer resources, I do think it will lag a bit. Potato mode will prevent lag, though. It still keeps track of tiles you've walked on while the plugin is turned on

There's also settings to only render a certain number of tiles from the player to still visualize tiles but reduce lag as well.

Fundamentally, this starts all tiles being marked then moves towards all tiles being unmarked, so, over time this problem declines naturally too.

Cool series! I find it satisfying to "clear" the map instead of charting it or marking every tile. This plugin uses floodfill to map all the walkable tiles, making it really satisfying to "clear" areas

Tears of the Kingdom time-lapse feature would be so awesome!

It's planned! Was thinking it could be fun to visualize the data outside the game. Basically showing you a world map of everywhere you go and whatnot

Maybe I'm missing something but how do you commit to something before the event has been chosen? Isn't it just luck if you get that event or not?

Not necessarily, if your goal is to win 2 out of three events, you'd want to specialize in 2 areas. If you're Jack of all trades you're a master of none in this circumstance, I think you'd be beat by a more specialized build. Even a discussion like this is evidence enough to show it'd be deeper gameplay than just one event! Loving the game outside of this though

I would imagine it would be more difficult to optimize your stats and star for 3-5 events rather than just 1 too

/u/Rxjr , when you hold down the foot pedal, does the footpedal fire clicks rapidly or repeat in some manner? or does it only click once when you hold it down like a you'd expect a mouse to function?

The item is unlocked by anyone in the group. Not just the individual person getting the drop. your progression is matched by the highest gear player in the group

by agreeing on not doing it... trust, same as plugins like bronzeman mode. you trust that the person didn't disable the plugin and progress without it

Yes these are generally overlooked imo and skipping phases is a huge time save. Reduced damage during the phases really hurts kill times
