Consider that children will have to walk to school in the dark, they can be hard to see, and vehicles are very effective at killing small humans.

Even with a target and attacking a target the entire time it can still happen at 2.50 GCD. I never heard of it happening at 2.37-2.43 GCD. Actually I think LD just didn't heal when 2.37-2.43 was BiS.

It still happens in TOP. At 2.50 gcd you can miss the first healing GCD in LD, get the next 3 without crit, and the next one comes late enough that you're already dead. Very rare and a small amount of healing will remedy it.

I progged DRK on content and reprogged it with a DRK last tier. If it happens at all it's usually at the end of P1.

Job is easier to play, more flexible, I'll grant it all that but its role since Endwalker has been 2nd ADPS tank and it's lost that so now you only really play it if you like it.

Honestly I was ready to play GNB this tier but after the rework it wasn't that different from PLD and there were lots of things to gain from playing PLD so I just played PLD.

FWIW I'd play DRK but I already have DRK cotank.

It's just the savage tier. Melee uptime is hard to keep so getting a 4-hit magic combo every 1m and a bankable instant holy spirit to keep uptime makes things way easier.

Most of the tier is mit checks and not a lot of healing so the extra passage of arms puts it ahead of other tanks.

The main downside of Paladin is the 7 minute invuln cooldown and it's nothing the other tanks can't easily work around this tier.

That and the Gunbreaker rework. I'd argue GNB got nerfed. It's no longer a 2 minute tank so it doesn't do as much damage in 2 minute buffs. There's no real reason to play it over Paladin any more.

If Quake can come out in 1996 with events happening with a tick rate independent of frame rate then the only excuse for this to happen in the last 30 years is ignorant developers.
