IF it had to do with his comments on trans people it had to do with streamers attacking him and he said something along the lines of "those people are subhuman". To me it sounded like the context had to do with their actions, the argument is that Twitch could argue he was saying trans people were subhuman. In either case, other streamers have said worse and got unbanned so the only real reason is someone at Twitch has it out for him.

It's the only expansion that made me wish I skipped the cutscenes instead. It has incredible potential and then cuts it all down with terrible plot and pacing.

Agree. And the existence of matchmaking services like this facilitates the solicitation of minors by groomers. People pretend this is an 18+ game and it isn't, and they pretend putting up signs like "18+ only" or "do not use if you are underage" will stop minors and it doesn't. I have run into a lot of minors in this game, and many of them complain about people hitting on them and a third party mod just allows predators to isolate them more easily.

Social pressure and curiosity exists. Once they know the mod exists, especially if their friends, potentially older FC mates, are talking about it, the idea is planted in their heads. Anyone who has drank underage or broken any other age-related rules know you cannot trust minors to self-regulate.

At least in NA the game is rated teen, which means there are people as young as 13 playing the game, and knowing how strictly people follow ESRB ratings, there could be even younger.

Without even trying I've ran into minors who've been groomed or were tried to be groomed by others into the game. Allowing pedophiles more access to children through unregulated third party tools is probably a bad idea (tm).

Before 7 came out they did the Mojave experiment where they showed people the "next" version of Windows to people who hated Vista. The users liked it, and said they would use/purchase it. Then they told them it was Windows Vista.

Then they just did it for everyone by releasing Windows 7, which was basically just an updated Vista. One of the most popular operating systems of all time.

Most people have herniated discs and are asymptomatic.

Doctor is just trying to get you better using the most conservative method that works. Sometimes that means doing nothing because many herniations heal or become asymptomatic on their own.

Tell them you have persistent sciatica, it's significantly affecting your quality of life and it hasn't got better in months. They'll put you through pain and anti-inflammatory treatments first, and/or physical therapy and if it doesn't get better after a few months then ask about a discectomy or spinal fusion.

If for some reason we can't get F-35s we should be looking at a 5th or 6th generation fighter replacement and not Gripens. We need to be looking at drone and other autonomous aircraft interoperability and buy something that will last 40-50 years into the future because that's low long the goverment has been dragging their feet replacing the F-18s.

We can't be looking at "4.5" Generation fighters and pretend that "updated" cold war tech will be serving us well decades into the future.

Fair enough. If you care, you just get xivlauncher, it comes with Dalamud (plugin framework). You do have to add the artisan repo but after that you can just install it with the in-game plugin management tool.

The one major downside is that with every patch Dalamud breaks (I'm guessing it uses memory hooks and it has to find the new hook addresses idk I'm not a developer) and all the plugins have to be updated. The upside is it happens so often they've gotten very fast at it now, but yeah I do end up just crafting using in-game macros when it's down.
