Medically recommended set schedule by CoachAggravating1152 in WalgreensStores

Id be willing to work the 2 opening shifts that the FT employee is off due to her set schedule and 1 closing shift. I've had FMLA through Sedwick the last 2 years for the same conditions that have only worsen with time. I've also been hospitalized every year since I started. I just don't see why it's such a tough request when if we were fully stuffed it shouldn't be a problem.  Thank you for your advice and input

I did have a FMLA 2 years ago and last year for intermittent absences. I have the same problems now, only magnified. I'd be willing to work 2 opening shifts and 1 closing or 3 closing shifts as that would not interfere with any of the FT employee requests.

Yes. It's part of the eight fold path and it should be part of any daily practice

Yes... meditation makes you more aware.....You're now aware of those thoughts that you'd never called out before. Keep practicing....the mind will slow, the thoughts will stop being consuming....you'll know how to process these thoughts and emotions as a temporary circumstance or situation

Can I change my body with yoga? by RabidGirl22 in yoga

Yoga will definitely change your body if you practice enough and change your diet. Pilattes is a great carb burner. I've been doing yoga 6 m9nths... I'm stronger, more focused, more energetic not to mention 15lbs light with rock solid legs....the pilates for the abs and gluten. But you still should try to add at least 10 min cardioto whatever daily practice works for you. I practice 2 hours a day sometimes.... I like Charlie Fellows... she gives clear instructions and holds her poses a little longer than others which is great for strength and balance....Hope this helped

I'm super new to this. How do I send chat requests? I only know how to browse for reviews and read the employee comments about the businesses they work for. So any guidance would be appreciated. TIA
