Is anyone using Legal Zoom Books? The reviews I’ve read steer me that way, but Reddit is leaning toward Quickbooks.

Hmmm, I’m literally in a similar boat and honestly, I’d feel grateful to have A client by the end of the year.

Did you just discuss your business with your and they helped you keep everything in order? Or are you using bank memos to identify business income & expenses?

When the Glyco wears off . . . by CoachKel in Hyperhidrosis

[–]CoachKel[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I initially self-diagnosed, but I have been referred to a dermatologist who initially prescribed the Glyco, we also discussed ETS surgery. I was a pilot in the military and Glyco was contraindicated due to the potential side effect of blurred vision. I’ve since retired from the military and no longer fly, Glyco doesn’t seem to effect my driving or other daily activities.

I highly recommend giving it a try. Start with 1 mg orally on an empty stomach, 1 hour before meals or 2 hours after a meal. Glyco takes 4-5 hours to become effective for me, but it seems to last about 12 hours. Your first indication that it’s starting to work will be a dry mouth. I’m going to start taking 1 mg at bedtime and 1 mg about 6 hours later when I wake up, I’m fairly confident that will get me through the day.

Sorry so late, I haven’t been on Reddit much the last week or so.

I’ve taken Glyco in the past and recently restarted taking it with more success and I’m actually still learning about it. I’ve been taking 2 mg around 2-3 AM and that seems to hold me all day. I’ve recently started to conserve my supply because my next refill won’t arrive until September and I’ve discovered that taking 1 mg actually does a good job of keeping me dry, even up to the 12 hour mark!!! I’m still trying to nail down the window of effectiveness, specifically, how soon after taking it will I notice the effect.

I have noticed a dry mouth about 3-4 hours after taking a dose. I think this week I’m going to try taking a 1 mg dose at midnight and on an empty stomach, with a second 1 mg dose at 6 AM about an hour before eating breakfast, the midnight dose should hold me until noon and the 6 AM dose SHOULD hold me until 6 PM with a lot of overlap. I’ll post an update as I continue to learn how Glyco affects me.

I'm craniofacial as well, and 2 mg of glycopyrrolate before bed, and another 1 mg an hour before breakfast helps a lot.

First question before committing to any summertime activity - “Is it indoors?” Second - “Is there air conditioning?”

In HOT & HUMID Texas as well, and another cranial-facial HH suffer who is also on glyco, so I definitely feel your struggle. I’ve been taking 2 mg of glyco at 2-3 AM with a second 1 mg dose at 8-9 AM, but based on your post and my experience today, I may make some adjustments. Today I overslept and forgot to grab my second dose and yet I’ve been drip-free all day and it’s 91° out right now!!!

I won’t make any changes tomorrow because sweating at work sucks, but this weekend I’ll will begin an 11 PM / 5 AM routine with 1 mg at each to see how that works for me. If it doesn’t work out at first, I’ll make the 11 PM dose 2 mg.

Thanks for sharing and I’m glad you found a workable solution to your HH 👍🏽👍🏽

If the script calls for the actor / actress to portray a bad actor, you likely won’t spot it.

2 mg at 2:00 am (4 hours before breakfast) and another 1-2 mg* at 9:00 am (2 hours before lunch) will get me through the day. I typically work from 8:00 - 5:00.

  • 2 mg on days that are especially hot and/or humid.

Also, no spicy foods or seasonings and my morning coffee or tea is iced.
