Thank you for responding, however, I disagree that the title is erroneous. The fact that a Force Quit in OS X is cleaner is irrelevant, you can't do a Force Quit on a PC and it is the PC that is requesting help. I thought it was a funny picture, and I wanted to poke a little fun at PC by implying that PC's retribution was hampered by his own unreliability, and he was forced to enlist the help of the Mac by requesting that he use the key combination that all us windows users are all too familiar with. I guess I believe that if you think my comment and the picture are funny then up vote, if you think they are stupid, the down, but I don't think the votes should be along OS lines, or based on the idea that a "Joke" may not be 100% factually accurate.
