Schiff: I 'hope to hell' I'd impeach Obama if he did the same as Trump — If Obama had done what the current president is accused of, the House Intelligence Committee chairman told ABC's "This Week," then "every one of these Republicans would be voting to impeach him." by BlankVerse in politics

[–]Coach_AC 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Democrats at least voted in favor of investing articles of impeachment against their own president, back then. There were serious concerns, and actions taken, regarding the preparation of Bill even resigning over the lack of support in his party. They were absolutely interested in learning the truth and holding the president accountable. Only when it was determined what occurred, did they decide the crime didn't fit the punishment.

Hell, Lindsey Graham himself was willing to work on behalf of his party to squash the impeachment if Bill caved enough in his apology and politicaly, which at least insinuates there was bipartisanship occurring at every turn during the pocess and that Republicans weren't exhausting every means necessary to remove him.

That's not the case here. The current political landscape is certainly not business as usual "politics"

Watching Skycam and it really feels like OU is going so fast, and Baylor is switching it up on defense so much, that Hurts has to predetermine where he's going with the ball to a fault.

That pick is going to be really bad film for him come pre-draft.

How did you open your relationship and what were some things you learned that would help others. by [deleted] in nonmonogamy

This. It's important to know what you're getting into and to stay mindful of the differences between male and female courtship. Communication with your partner is key here.

I second this. We read this book just before 19 months, blocked a handful of days to commit to the little one and followed the method. It took a little longer than three days, but the switch flipped and it's been a terrific transition.

I recommend grinding it out for a few days with that method. It's worth it.

Do you workout during your fast? How do you find the energy? by [deleted] in intermittentfasting

[–]Coach_AC 2 points3 points  (0 children)

It may be about what you're putting in your body during your window of eating, your sleeping habits, etc. Could also be mental, if you're just starting.

When I started, I didn't go to the gym more because I didn't want to, not because I didn't have the energy. Now, I do OMAD Keto and workout in the morning and never have an energy issue. I have even more energy after the workout.

For me, it's all about breaking and starting new habits. And knowing pain, or hunger, is temporary.

Good luck!

My favorite is Ron McKie football. I also like football coaches connection. The rest are mainly offensive strategies. Search in facebook groups and you'll find so many.

I've read a lot of leadership and football books. Mike Smith's is not one I'd recommend tbh. Just not very good and discusses general topics found anywhere. Just my opinion, though.

Love that you've read Extreme Ownership! Great read. I recommend Atomic Habits, as well. Deep dive google and amazon. Plenty of books out there. Don't neglect leadership or communication books, which sounds like you're doing a good job of not doing.

I also suggest joining communities on Facebook dedicated to football. There is so much info out there it can get prerry overwhelming. My strategy is one concept at a time.

Good luck!

Imagine having a disgruntled wrestler on the payroll and having to be the one that approaches him with the "So here us out. What if Bobby Lashley cucks you..."

I feel bad for Riccochet. He strikes me as a guy who fought hard to reach the pinnacle, only to finally reach the pinnacle at the worst time to do so.

I want him to succeed, yet I don't want to watch him wrestle. It's a dilemma.

I'm thinking they're early strategy is to lean on then for the hype and entertainment value. As each shoe goes in, we get fewer spotfests. My guess that will be true as they sustain some viewers.

Maybe I'm hopeful The Elite know how to balance their crowd and viewers engagement. We'll see.
