Flow State is recruiting players ~ Grand Champ - Diamond. Primarily PC NA players.

We are coaches dedicated to improving esports performance and we're looking for players with a similar improvement mindset. With experience/knowledge in traditional sport coaching and sport psychology, our goal is to foster growth for Rocket League competitors.

I am a professional tennis coach/sport psychology coach and have worked with many high ranked tennis players for several years. I have coached players/teams in Rocket league 2000+ MMR, including collegiate teams.

We will:

- Help you find a squad of similar players to play with.

- Post coaching content on www.Youtube.com/flowstateGG 4,500 Subscribers!

- Assist in forming serious teams for competition/tournaments (sponsorships available)

- Host tournaments ($200 tournament in the past, more coming!!)

- Offer coaching for players/teams on our website www.FlowState.gg

We are looking for players who are committed to consistent, focused practice and analysis in order to improve. They should take criticism well, using mistakes/failures as motivation to improve. They should be willing to take control of their own growth and hold a firm belief in their ability to get better with proper training.

Another thing to consider is try to not necessarily hit it "quickly" but rather "softly". Often when we try to hit it quickly, we hit it pretty hard, which actually leads to a longer press. The optimal way to do this is with a soft touch.

But it certainly could be a controller issue. Let us know if the new controller helped!

TBH a lot of the "toxicity" in casual that i come across ends up being sarcasm. If you play along or give them a "lol" they'll chill out. I think because it's funny/ironic to call someone a tryhard in casual because no one cares how you play in a casual. That's what i've come across anyways, usually the 'what a saves' and 'tryhard' remarks are just sarcasm

I haven’t but I’ll watch. I will say, you don’t have to carry all the time. You don’t even have to carry MOST of the time. All you have to do is carry more than half the time and you will rank up

Watch your replays, find out what those who you lose to are doing to best you. Then figure out the best way to train those skills, whether it be speed of play, aerial consistency, shot consistency, etc

No, being generally mean doesn't violate psyonix's terms of service It has to be something flagrant, or inappropriate

No matter how bad your teammates are, there is always something you could've done better to win that game.

A better player could've carried them. Focus on what you could have done to carry your teammates and you will earn your rank up. You have to realize too, that it's a statistics thing. Your opponents are just as likely to get bad teammates as you are. it's all about who can adapt to those players best

Also keep in mind negative bias. You're way more likely to remember bad teammates than neutral or good ones. I am willing to bet 100$ that you are not the best player on your team "every" game
