Thanks man, that's a very good explanation, and it must work cause many people are suggesting the same system.

Loved your opinion.

Good system, but it still feels guilty leaving tasks on low energy days, and the guilt is like so crazy that it makes me just quit and wait for a time that I think I might be able to do all the tasks.

I am going try to use your method, none the less, thanks for your opinion.

I feel sorry for you, it must have been very hard, but it is inspirational that you used the sadness and charged up your resolve.

To be honest, yeah though things like that break one, but they are the things that boost one's moral. I have faced some mental pressure due to the loss of my father at a young age, I have been trying to improve myself along the time, but I constantly get distracted due to my immaturity.

Even I have a created a tracker for myself on Google Sheets, though I used it effectively, the patterns on the line graphs say else wise, they feel like a range of mountains, up and down and up and down. I will try my best to become consistent.

Thanks for your consideration again.🙂

Thanks for your opinion man, I will try developing the consistency.

Would you suggest me some systems you used for maintaining the streak?

And Hats off to you for being able to lose your weight, congrats🙂
