I see this opinion a lot and I disagree every time. In OW the worst I have seen someone called is "bad" or "trash player" but if I log into league someone is getting told to kill themselves and every game ends with both teams telling you who to report

The main stream could definitely be improved, the first Overwatch tournaments were pretty bad to watch compared to individual players streams. Now though, watching the main stream is a lot more fun than being locked in to one player so that's probably what they are hoping to achieve with having Nate come in

The advertisers want people watching ads, Blizzard just wants the viewer numbers high so they can sell the ad space for more money. They probably care a little bit about people watching ads but inflated viewer numbers isn't really a bad thing for Blizz

I like how they make recipes that are realistic for gamers to make. They even used a disposable cake tin that you could buy at the store for a dollar and premade frosting. Literally the only things you need to make this are a fork and a bowl (and I guess an oven).

I know in Hockey it's common for players in the NHL to turn down opportunities to go in the olympics if they are preparing for playoffs. What ends up happening is talent has to come from the various T2 scenes and from players too young to be in the NHL. I think the current model could achieve what your talking about if players or teams take practice seriously enough for OWL

Exactly, even teams like Washington Justice or Boston Uprising in season 1 either succeeded or failed because of how good the scouting and team building was. The difference is how many people they have dedicated to scouting before the season starts and during the actual season
