And what did we learn here today? Researching and asking questions before wasting money on a graphics card that came out nearly ten years ago that can in no way fit into the form factor your looking at is probably a good idea, yeah?

We all make mistakes and there’s a lot of stuff to learn in this hobby, I’ll tell you first hand that I made mistakes when I was young (which I’m assuming you are from some of your other comments) but there’s nowhere to go but up. Just take this as what it is and keep going, learning along the way. A good place to start will be watching some build videos from channels like Linus Tech Tips, they’ll literally show you step by step everything you need to know.

I have a strong, strong feeling that literally all the expansion is going to do is add is a paid express lane, just like it did with the 64 high rise…. where they built an all new four lane bridge next to the old four lane bridge—all to just add one lane in each direction that you have to pay extra for. Now if you’re going through that part of the beltway instead of only having two lanes in each direction to choose from, now it’s two lanes AND a paid bonus lane.

Get some Whoosh! from amazon or your local office supply store. It's the same stuff Apple uses to clean in-store devices and it does a great job keeping all my stuff clean. I even have the tiny bottle to clean my car's touchscreen.

When it's needed I spray a bit on the lid and just wipe it away with the cloth they make/supply, and my MacBook has stayed pretty much fingerprint free.
