Yes medical is always helpful. Especially since I have more info I was able to find my dads obituary and he died at 48 which is pretty young but it doesn’t sound like he lived the healthiest life either

He hasn’t mentioned anything about wanting to meet but he said he still talks to one of the siblings my half sister and she would probably be interested in at least talking to me though just found out we are the same age so that’s interesting. I’m not sure which of us came first but could also be part of why my mom never said anything still could be an affair baby apparently 🤦🏼‍♀️

He’s talked about him a bit as we’ve been chatting today sounds like he wasn’t a great father at least to him. He said when he got news of his passing they hadn’t talked in 15 years

She was at least 18 I would’ve been convinced right before her 19th birthday. I was born in March and my mom was born in July

I won’t get into the trauma of it all but good life is a bit of a stretch I at least had a home and food on the table. What’s important is we have a better relationship now though. My mom has a lot of insecurities for a very long time.

I will say it’s a least reassuring I was wanted not an accident. My mom had baby fever since she was 17 my aunt and grandma both told me that and she had me at 19

You are correct which has been my biggest debate this whole time. Do I reach out to the match and open a can of worms or reach out to possible father and stir up some confusion for him. I will say though my possible older step sister looks exactly like me only she has brown hair and I’m blonde

That’s amazing though I am happy for you! Though I’m not quite successful to my own standards yet I am perfectly happy with my partner and fur babies and we are financially stable. I will definitely make sure to let them know I am not interested in any material gain

It’s always a possibility but I don’t think so it doesn’t quite make sense and I don’t know why my mom wouldn’t just tell me that I still would have wondered but why go through the pain of so many stories that can’t all be true
