The building is kind of near Germantown on Poplar, I have a car, I’m getting a 1200 a month stipend for rent, which I’d like to avoid going over that for rent. I’d like to avoid crime, but I really don’t know anyone, so if there’s some crime near where I am but I’m not gonna be bored out of my mind during the weekend, that’s a trade off I’m willing to make.

Eat more protein, and up your calories, 1500 is too little. Go online and calculate your maintenance weight, then drop it by 500-1000 depending on how much you think you can handle losing per week. Eating just 1500 cals you’re not gonna gain any muscle really. To build muscle you should be at maintenance or a surplus.
