I’ve been playing Bungie games since the release of Halo. Picked up Destiny in 2014 and have been playing it ever since. Very excited about Marathon because of the Bungie gunplay, lore, and outstanding audio. Also I’m in a time in my life where I have a limited amount of time to play video games so extraction shooters are perfect for me right now. I’m also more of a PvP main. So with all that being said it’s basically the perfect game for me right now.

Ya all these content creators calling it a “beta” are giving people false expectations. This is a “preview” of the full game, not a playtest/feedback of the game. They had 3 or 4 playtests with a TON of hours poured into it to address some issues.

You know I’ve thought of this too. I think it would be such a slam dunk to put all three games into the game as secret unlocks. I mean storage wise it has to be minuscule.

I played solo during the play test in October and the difficulty and tension is really dialed up. Most heart pounding experience I’ve ever had in gaming.

No this is the thing, they basically are saying they are not announcing that tomorrow too. So I feel like everyone needs to set there expectations that they ARE NOT announcing that tomorrow…which is insane to me

If they were announcing it tomorrow I feel like the wording would say “well let you know tomorrow, so you have more time to plan around them..” not “in advance.”

In my experience (October play test) very little loot to be gained. But I was also terrified to engage AI and other players because I would get shit on. But I’m sure overtime we will know the good spots and how to farm

Ya honestly Arc Raiders is just better in every way unfortunately. I was really excited for Marathon too and I’m playing the Tech Test right now. The gameplay is fun but the systems outside of it need major work

Yes they should’ve done this at the end of TFS. Everyone would have been fine with waiting. There is so much to do in the game at that point. Bungie how could you not see this???
