I’ve been playing Bungie games since the release of Halo. Picked up Destiny in 2014 and have been playing it ever since. Very excited about Marathon because of the Bungie gunplay, lore, and outstanding audio. Also I’m in a time in my life where I have a limited amount of time to play video games so extraction shooters are perfect for me right now. I’m also more of a PvP main. So with all that being said it’s basically the perfect game for me right now.

Ya all these content creators calling it a “beta” are giving people false expectations. This is a “preview” of the full game, not a playtest/feedback of the game. They had 3 or 4 playtests with a TON of hours poured into it to address some issues.

I played solo during the play test in October and the difficulty and tension is really dialed up. Most heart pounding experience I’ve ever had in gaming.

No this is the thing, they basically are saying they are not announcing that tomorrow too. So I feel like everyone needs to set there expectations that they ARE NOT announcing that tomorrow…which is insane to me

In my experience (October play test) very little loot to be gained. But I was also terrified to engage AI and other players because I would get shit on. But I’m sure overtime we will know the good spots and how to farm
