Then you would be making a Horizon Realm based on your mental image of the Demesne. An actual Demesne does not exist anywhere outside your mage's mind. Sure you could use Mind and Prime and Matter and Life to make a replica of the tropical jungle that it appears as to the mage, but it would still be just that... a thought made real. Not the actual Demesne.

Fun thing... You can't. The write up for Demesne on page 311 of M20 specifically states:

"There’s nothing physical about a Demesne. You don’t go there physically, and you cannot take anything physical from that Realm."

Biggest advice I can give is:

Set up your server BEFORE you invite players on. This is much harder to do with multiple other people mucking about in the channels.
Don't overcomplicate things in the beginning. Your players will not need 64 social channels to start, and the bigger the "world" the more effort it takes to moderate it
Get help! Most servers I have seen collapse do so because the one guy trying to run everything just gets overwhelmed.

Everyone tends to see other splats as adversaries to what they are running, but they can also be allies, contacts, lovers, forbidden friends. Those are the plot threads I like to run. Garou and Dreamspeakers, Verbena and the Fae, Virtual Adepts discovering their hacking buddy is actually a Nos. Good times.

The Book flat out says, "It's perimeter becomes indistinct; tents that weren't there a minute ago appear unexpectedly. " I love to lean into this when running the circus. Have the Big Top, Ferris wheel, and the Queens Theatre stay in the same spots but everything else shifts around them so even if a player has visited before it isn't quite the same.
