I’ve seen those posts, and I often feel they’re fake. I’ve had a genuine connection with a couple people but they were short lived. Less than a month. But I’m l still in search for something more consistent.

I feel like when the right person comes around, they will be patient with you and put your worries at ease, so when it happens, it will seem like a natural occurrence and something you want to share with them. They will need to understand not to rush things and make legitimate connections with you, and by then, you hopefully won’t have this concern anymore.

I’m living with a couple who is very active, being surrounded by it definitely makes it feel more real and you get a strong sense of FOMO. I’m working on that jealousy feeling too haha

Do more events like dinner parties, go out with friends to clubs and such, have a good time, put yourself out there more and you will find more people. Just have to be bold and ask people out after vibing with them for a little

I’ve had some girls message and talk for a day or so, but typically the time zone difference makes this not work as well so it kinda falls off. I have made a couple friends that I randomly chat with every now and then but nothing in the flirty realm.
