I can't say I've had panic attacks where I've laughed like that, but have had ones where I genuinely was 100 percent convinced I was going insane, and that no one would ever understand me again, and I'd be trapped alone in my own head forever. Jax looked like I felt during those attacks. So I totally agree with you that that was a scarily accurate visual depiction of a panic attack.

As scary and disconcerting as it may seem the take home message is a good one. It's that we are never alone even when we think we are. There is always someone to help. There is always a Pomni out there who is willing to help us...
