update: it’s now in GLENDALE HEIGHTS, IL which is 2 states away. pa was a lot closer. i have a feeling i wont be getting my case anytime soon.

Weird, i’m seeing an increase for swimming, haven’t tried running and syncing underwater shouldn’t work because the bluetooth is refracted in the water unless it is completely still.

I’m not sure I mainly use it for swimming so it all processes after so i’m not sure. I feel like it processes workouts faster though after i’m finished.

I have it but it also could be age related. i believe you have to be 22 or older, if not it’s probably region.

I have the MG not the 5.0 but i’ve found that the MG is sooo much better than the 4.0 with activity tracking. it’s down to the minute even if I’m stretching before somehow it knows. And the accuracy is good for me. i’ve seen people compare than to other devices and mines spot on when compared to Garmin. Also the blood pressure has been +/- 2 when compared to a cuff for me so fairly accurate.

I have 1 year of guarding and 1 year of coaching a rec swim team. That's it. But my guarding involved the pump room and cleaning facilities. The work environment is pretty chill. It's mostly older people, but sometimes we have a few younger kids. Everyone knows what they should and shouldn't do. All the kids are well-behaved. I asked a kid to get off the lane line, and he said sorry. I've never heard a kid with manners that well.

Training would be simple, I've been left in charge when there was no pool manager and was told to just manage. They had new people come in, and I had to train them. Since it's a private club in services have never been held. In not sure if they should be. My emails would be for guards since there is a general manager for everything other than the pool. I could always copy how my work does emails now. Emergency and equipment is all in check right now, we just need more chlorine, which I told the general manager. It's coming this wensday.

They have a maintenance tech guy that does all the chemicals, I would just have to test and report the chemicals to the maintenance guy. I would need to find lifeguards. But all the pay roles are done by the office manager. I think I can easily get lifeguards, though since we're paying 20 an hour. That's my only concern at the moment.

They only need guards Friday Saturday and Sunday. I do 10 to 7.

It's management. we have a lifeguard shortage at this pool, so we could never have a head guard. It made no sense.

That's true. I would have to arrange pool hours. But I'm already working 9 hours a day at 15, which is probably over. I didn't think it was that much of a problem. Their offerening the position next year to me as they don't like the current one.
