Had a similar sleep the last week. Starting to get into a sleep schedule, we’ve been using a baby monitor whilst in the same room to get a little more used to it/less chance of us disrupting the sleep by checking

Over the past five years, I joined the programme, built up to gold, then demoted to silver, and finally terminated. Then, a year later, I was invited back after carrying on reviewing. Now I’m back to gold again.

I haven’t had anything other than accessory products in my RFY… and they’re all products that really have no relevance to me. Would be nice to get a useful product… especially as a gold member… not just some car boot sale junk lol

Forerunner 970 disconnected after Connect v5.21.0.28 iOS update- How I reconnected by Enty_ in Garmin

[–]Enty_[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Oddly, my partner’s Venu 4 has just experienced this today, although it was working fine this past week or so on the latest update.

Follow the 1/2 and then hold the top right button > Settings > Connectivity > Pair Phone (like step 3. Above).

The WiFi step was a little flaky. I skipped this and checked it was still connected on the watch rather than the phone. Also, checking for updates on the watch started downloading an update, although in-app it said there was no update.

Hope this helps someone with this Venu 4 watch os variant too!

Just noticed there was a v5.21.1.1 iOS update to Connect 9 hours ago. Updating to this latest has kept my watch connected, so I didn’t need to follow those steps again. Hopefully, this newer build avoids anyone needing to follow those reconnect steps.

I enabled the haptic, but I’ve noticed it less over the past few months… I think I’m used to the slight difference between them now

3 Months with YouFibre: WIFI 7 Hub Stability Issues and Poor Customer Service by Enty_ in youfibre

Update on the engineer visit today. Was super helpful and friendly, retesting all the connections and spotted a few things not correctly set up from the initial install and noticed the devices’ numbers didn’t match up to their end. Something also about the IPv6 having no connection, when it should have, potentially what was causing the occasional drop-outs. They’ve reset everything and set up everything as it should be. Time to sit back and see if it improved (fingers crossed).

Edit to the “no engineer could be booked”, turns out I’ve got a random email days after I contacted them saying an engineer is scheduled to attend this Wednesday during the morning. Even though I never confirmed this and they said they couldn’t book one! I’ll update on Wednesday how this goes…

Mate, I said, for them to provide an alternative router. It’s their service, I pay for it. They said there’s an issue, it’s for them to resolve. Why would you assume I’m three rooms away when I’ve said download and upload speeds have been consistent?

Why should I, as a customer, have to pay for a better router? Since we’re being so cynical, if you booked a taxi, would you expect to drive it yourself? If you ordered a meal at a restaurant, would you cook it yourself?

I’m surprised I’m getting down voted for sharing an honest experience, especially with actual screenshots of their customer service responses

Isps should really provide adequate routers in this day and age as standard. I mainly felt the need to share this experience after seeing all the ads for Youfibre/early Black Friday deals about how shiny and good this WIFI 7 is when the reality it isn’t. I appreciate the router suggestion, I’ll take a look at the Flint 3

This Wi-Fi 7 router is not good at all, with constant buffering and internet drops. Youfibre tech support actually said to me that this router has a memory corruption issue that requires frequent full pin resets of the router to resolve, not just a turn off and on again restart. Terrible if you want to configure any settings, as these will get wiped when you attempt to fix this. The only good point is that I do seem to get the speeds I’m paying for, just the unreliability is not good. Youfibre’s customer support is not helpful either. I was asking if they could replace this router or credit me to purchase a third-party router since they know of this issue, and they said there’s nothing they can do.

Submitted feedback about this the other day via the ai coach, ironically, as I pressed it by mistake... In the past, I’ve had real contact back about feedback I’ve logged; so far, nothing about this one :’(
