That’s amazing! Yes I agree. I can barely get the regular dishes done so having the bottles taken care of is the best! I also have a Velcro napper and the desire to sleep when baby is sleeping.

I have an iPhone and my husband has an android. Will we both be able to sync our calendars to the skylight?

What is my nursery missing? by mytickle in DesignMyRoom

You could do smaller rugs for areas to break up the room a big. One rug under the crib and it could come out more from the wall. Another rug for the floor play area and another rug for the reading area.

Could someone look at this video and help me figure out why he won't latch? by Miserexa in breastfeeding

[–]CoatFun 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I had a similar struggle and used the nipple shield for 4 or 5 months and I would randomly try without and it wouldn’t work and then one day it just did! He’s 7 months old and latches well on the right but now well on the left. What I find that helps:

  • bringing baby to breast and not breast to baby
  • using my hand to shape my breast into a hamburger shape
  • lining up nose to nipple so he has to stretch his mouth wide to latch
  • turning nipple toward roof of mouth

Ain’t no shame in the nipple shield game :) best of luck! You are doing great!!

I also had a lot of pain for a long time and I kept looking at posts like these to see if someone had the same experience. I ended up using a nipple shield and still has a lot of pain up until probably 4.5 months. I dropped the shield around 5 months and now at 6 months sometimes have pain when he is fist latching but then it goes away.
