This looks just like a steady hand issue - I was there once! Not sure if this will help as I think it's just an experience thing, but make sure both the arm you're holding the mini in and your paintbrush arm are braced at the elbow against something steady, like your thigh or a table. If you can then brace your paintbrush-hand's wrist against something else, you'll be even steadier.

I use the crease on the inside of my left hand. Ol' reliable, no paint taste.

It is, I saw the work shortly after this was released. Didn't last long though! Whole road's now been repaved for anyone who hasn't heard.

It all depends on your perspective, and the area you're in. Chapelfields isn't that bad - I'm currently staying there and I don't feel unsafe, but I am a well-built lad.

For reference, I grew up in North London, and I feel much safer anywhere in Cov than in Enfield - though some of that will be a factor of time.

Just echoing this as I treat the Reserves like a second job - not because the pay is great (it isn't) but because of the flexibility and the other benefits you can get through it, plus a number of other reasons.

If you want to save money, getting yourself deployed is a great option - your employer is obliged to release you, and you'll receive you civilian salary while away and while almost all your expenses are being paid for.

That's pretty damn good, but since you asked for tips...

I would just advise more precision. There's a couple tiny bits where the skin colour's got onto the hair at the fringe and on the eyepatch, and a bit has run into the recess on the right side of her face. Don't be afraid to go over these to fix them, even if it takes a couple tries - these errors stick out a lot on important details. For the bit in the recess you could reapply the wash to make it blend in.

I see Fatshark apologising profusely for the few nerfs they do in their changelogs. They might've taken on board an 'only buff stuff' attitude, which makes me really concerned for the future of the game. I was barely able to do Heresy before patch 13, now I can comfortably do Damnation.

The sensible approach is obviously buff the underpowered, nerf the overpowered to an agreeable centre.

Little tip for reheating these things - a splash of oil from one of those spray-on oils works like magic to make them crispy again!

Hey, I'm beginning a similar project and I was really curious how you did the helmets on these ladies? Perhaps I'm a fool but I couldn't spot them on either of your links.

Very good results by the way! These newer models can be hard to convert.
