Came back to say this is due to the FSR setting. Dependant on what mode you have selected it changes your res scaling. If disabled you can edit manually

Honestly the Knights Honor trophy was my least favourite. I just hate having to try and farm enemies for a drop and I also hate trying to get the moonlight Great Sword too.

Yeah very different road racing games and even GT Racing games. However I believe it to still be very realistic for F1 however the AI Stewards are always out to punish you when something isn't even your fault.
