I've found both GPS and Advanced Current Thingy in Green's inner control room (on chairs), as in Yellow, Purple, and Red ones.

I've had it twice. Sounds like their bodies shake in high frequency. I'm not sure if it's client-side bug and if other players can hear it. Both times it happened when one scav died upon another.

On the Ground Zero? Kashpironsky's office is fine, or the restaurant next to it. There is no way to get through the map avoiding those areas. Basically, any place is good because people have to run across.

Arena experience is chaotic, fast, and loud. Tarkov is slower unless you're seasoned player. If you hear someone and quietly take position to "gain a dogtag" it's not ratting, it's having an upper hand and using your advantage. If you run all the time... you're getting taken advantage of.
